Our products are engineered to withstand the playful exuberance and boundless energy inherent in the journey of childhood.

Our products are fully warrantied with proof of purchase to the original owner where they have been purchased from Bunmo.com or via our Amazon Storefront (i.e. Sold By Makers Mate). Our warranty policy protects the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship for 6 months after the delivery date. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended use and period. If you believe that your product has a defect in the way it was manufactured, please refer to your Order ID and contact us for warranty evaluation by emailing us at [email protected]. We do our best to ensure our customers are happy little campers and this is the fastest and easiest way to make it happen.
