What is your shipping policy?

Our products are fully warrantied with proof of purchase to the original owner where they have been purchased from Bunmo.com or via our Amazon Storefront (i.e. Sold By Makers Mate). Our warranty policy protects the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship for 6 months after the delivery date. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended use and period. If you believe that your product has a defect in the way it was manufactured, please refer to your  Order ID and contact us for warranty evaluation by emailing us at support@bunmo.com. We do our best to ensure our customers are happy little campers and this is the fastest and easiest way to make it happen. 

Important: If you purchased from another Seller via other channels such as eBay, please contact the original Seller for refunds, returns, or exchanges. BunMo is unable to offer refunds, returns, or replacements for products purchased from third-party sellers or delivered outside the United States of America.

Does BunMo products come with a warranty?

The weight of the utensil should match the user's needs:
Lightweight: Ideal for mild grip weakness.
Medium Weight: Suitable for moderate tremors or hand weakness.
Heavy Weight: Best for individuals with severe shaking hands, tremors, or Parkinson's.
Choosing the right adaptive utensil depends on individual needs. However, as a general guideline:
For Weak Hand Grip (Elderly, Individuals with Weakness):
Recommendation: Lightweight utensils
Why: Lighter utensils are easier to handle for those with weakened hand muscles or reduced strength.
For Shaking Hands, Tremors, or Parkinson's:
Recommendation: Weighted Silverware
Why: Weighted utensils provide stability, helping to counteract tremors or shaky hands during use.

Which weight of utensils should I use?

If you have a situation where your little one has swallowed a part of a broken Stretchy String, we advise you to immediately speak to a medical professional or to visit the ER. While our Stretchy Strings are non-toxic, it is of the utmost importance for a medical professional to assess the situation to ensure the safety and well-being of the little one.

What to do in an emergency.
