Returns, Refunds and Replacements Policy:

If you receive a defective product or encounter any issues with your BunMo purchase, we're here to help. In cases where a defect is identified, we offer hassle-free replacements. To be eligible for a return, your item must have been purchased no more than 6 months before returning, along with the original packaging with the products still in the manner they were sold. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ensure they are returned with all parts contained within the packaging.

Before returning your BunMo products, please contact [email protected] with the following information:

  • Order ID
  • Products you would like to return
  • For defective products, please include a photo of the issue in question (where possible) to expedite the return process.
  • Indicate if you'd like a replacement or refund. 

Important:

If you purchased from another Seller via other channels such as eBay, please contact the original Seller for refunds, returns, or exchanges. BunMo is unable to offer refunds, returns or replacements for products purchased from third-party sellers or delivered outside the United States of America.
